Overall, we were very pleased with the property. The property was functional and the finishes were pretty. I was extremely happy that we could bring our dogs!! It was great! Just a few things would have made it a 5 star rating...I chose this place for the backyard but my dogs couldnt spend time there because the leaves and sticks were so thick the dogs didnt want to walk back there. The patio furniture, grill, walls and all of the fencing were covered in spider webs...and I mean it looked like spiderman was practicing his web shots while the neighbors smoke smelled of skunk all day and night making it difficult to be outside. We were given 1 towel and 1 washrag per person, 1 hand towel per bathroom and 3 dish towels for the kitchen for an entire week. We came for a baseball tournament so it would have been nice to have more towels because they didnt dry between showers or I was washing/drying them constantly since they were used a couple times a day. I bought a pack of washrags at Family Dollar just so I could wipe the counters and table off and the boys had washrags to use. It would have been nice to have a broom or something to clean the floors with because the boys tracked dirt in even when they took their shoes off and the dogs were bringing leaves in from the back yard. I used the washrags on my hands and knees to try to keep the floors clean. We didnt have any bedding or pillows for the pull out couch...luckily I travel with blankets and pillows.

VRBO cancelled my reservation on 3/4 for my arrival on 3/6, so I had to research and book a new reservation for myself, my adult son and my two pets after midnight on 3/4, (so 3/5) for our 3/6 arrival. On the VRBO APP, VRBO clearly states that my reservation was cancelled. However Kurt and Sheila sent me messages in the VRBO inbox as if the reservation was not cancelled and they have refused to refund my $1023. Their unethical behavior has caused me significant financial stress. Use careful consideration before you request to book with Kurt and Sheila.

Great home fits it's description inside, outside a little less desirable. In a cul-de-sac and very dark outside around the home. If property owners add more lighting to the outside of this property. I would most definitely stay at this property again!! Host was great at responding for the most part. Neighborhood wasn't bad and location was great!! Christmas Relaxation!!

Our stay at this property was great! We had another place booked that cancelled on us last minute and we booked this location on extremely short notice. It was in a very centralized location and the house seemed upgraded and everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable and it ended up being a lot cheaper than the other place we booked. We would definitely stay here again!
