Overall, this property was nice enough and did the trick. They did not have wild cleaning fees like similar near by. Pros: King beds, comfortable Quiet neighborhood Cons: Very poor communication with the owners. It is managed by a company and even though the listing says allow pets and makes no mention of further fees, they mentioned an additional fee in their post booking correspondence. I made many attempts to contact them about it with no replies. There was an emergency number but we did not contact it given there was no emergency. There is no microwave There was a very dirty towel folded in the bathroom and the base of one of the bedrooms was dirty No fence Overall, would probably stay again for a short visit because of price but the lack of good communication was worrisome especially given the other review that they had double booked the property.
